The UlSTU delegation took part in the first Russian-Chinese forum "Culture of Education"
On October 30, the first Russian-Chinese forum "Culture of Education" was held in Beijing. Representatives of Ulyanovsk State Technical University took part in the forum.
The forum hosted the founding meeting of the Russian-Chinese Association of Applied Research Institutes, as well as working meetings of the UlSTU delegation with representatives of private educational institutions (universities, education centers) in China.
The first Russian-Chinese forum "Culture of Education" was organized by the Chinese Association of Private Education in cooperation with the Russian Cultural Center in Beijing. The forum was attended by representatives of 48 private universities in China, 33 public and private universities in Russia, as well as representatives of educational associations and government agencies.
The forum participants were welcomed by Liu Liming, Vice President of the Association of European and American Students, President of the Russian (Soviet) branch, Deputy Minister of Education (2010-2016), President of the Chinese Association of International Educational Exchanges, Pavel Shevtsov, Deputy Head of Rossotrudnichestvo, Igor Pozdnyakov, Adviser on Education at the Embassy of the Russian Federation in China, representative of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation.
The Russian-Chinese Association of Applied Research Institutes was established in a solemn atmosphere during the forum. During the forum, representatives of UlSTU also took part in an online broadcast aimed at potential applicants fr om China, wh ere they presented information about the university and ongoing educational programs.
